Bobcat T650 track tensioner seal installed backwards destroy the cylinder wall

I always pull these things apart and once in a while I'll see somebody put the seals in backwards. The high pressure rubber seal vomits between the polished stem and the cylinder wall because the plastic backer ring known as the anti-extrusion ring was put in first. Don't do that
