I generally will be the third or fourth mechanic to put my hands on a vehicle or piece of equipment. The reason being I'm expensive. The reason I charge so much is cuz I drive so much money out to a job site between the tooling and electronics and diagnostic equipment. I thought I would go over what I use as far as diagnostic electronics go.
